We will address the main areas of wellness (think nutrition, lifestyle practices, and style) and map out a course of action that will get you moving in the right direction. And what direction might that be? Lightness. Joy. Energy. Vitality. Longevity!

HOW IT WORKS

This accelerated, 75-minute coaching session will help assess your current lifestyle and address the areas that could use some improvement.

We can focus on one specific area or touch briefly on all aspects of wellness to get you feeling more joyful, aligned, and clear on what habits and rituals will help you. You will walk away with a list of recommendations to implement and know where to begin.
